Unfortunately, absolutely unreliable. They canceled our week-end activity less than 48h before (the kind of activity you book a month in advance and around which most of our trip was built) because they overbooked it and didn't check with their partners, which they only found out too late. They couldn't offer any valid alternative. I will never use them again and I clearly can't recommend their services to anyone, bummer. Automated customer care email was fine, thank god for AI, right? ;)

Booked a ticket for a next day tour. Received a message the next morning that the section of the tour (reason why we booked the tour to begin with) are closed and unavailable. When I requested to cancel my ticket and ask for a refund. I was told that no refunds are given within 24hours. Obviously, at no point in time was I made aware that the listed tour is not even available. Only after money was paid - I got the message - oops not available - NO REFUND. Sounds like fraud to me!

Headout is an amazing travel experience app! I used it to book tours and activities during my trip, and everything was perfectly organized.
