Recent problem with buying tickets. Ticket purchase doesn't go through although there is no error message. I would also prefer better UI to have direct access to "stop" search as opposed to route (currently it is two click process), and integration with KBC app to purchase tickets instead of manually entering card details every time.

After the update of Nov 13, 2025, I could not buy tickets with Bancontact anymore, because it is impossible to change the field with the card's expiry date. Had to use a credit card instead, but not everyone has one.

I downloaded and pay for a day pass ticket. But I can't activate it on my phone no matter I use cellular service or WiFi. I ended up use credit card to buy another ticket from the ticket machine. What a waste of money and time.
