Has an option for the under 45 crowd to make a plan, which is a plus in my book. Abit hard to follow as the video model kinda blends in, the app had good audio description of exercises tho. Pretty expensive for what it is and doesn't offer a lot of other exercises options.

This is a ripoff and not what it appears to be. It sucks you into a plan that you have to pay almost $80 a year for. 😡
