Game stuck on 20% wont load further due to connection problems. No internet issues, other apps work fine. Tapping help leads to a blank page. Ongoing issue for several days. I try loading it about 10 times a day (how much I was playing it before) but in past three days only once have I successfully loaded the game. Hoping to access the game so I can at least save my progress before trying to uninstall and troubleshoot further. Giving up soon. Maybe update is too sophisticated for my Samsung A16?

The game itself is fun. However, the items that I need don't come out when I needed, and finally got the items then keep giving them more unnecessary. Also, to get the energy for spending some diamonds and the coins for building are jokes. Because the amount of them keep increasing more and more and hard to play. It should've given us more options to get energy instead of trying to push us to purchase. Not sure if it worth spending the real money. The energy gone too fast! Waaay too fast!

This game is fun but after a little while you can only play for about 6 seconds or you'll have to make purchases. The in game "support team" is basically useless and will lie to you along with their scripted responses. The last update made it so impossible to get the item you're trying to get so you'll waste all your energy and need to buy more. It's impossible to progress now. Just shady and greedy. They're also giving players 50 diamonds to leave 5 star reviews. So don't trust the ratings.
