In store purchase is the best option if you are buying from lulu ,because the app is a waste of time ,no tracking, no contact nr ,no assistance,no follow-up, nothing total mystery!! you just have to pray for your order to be delivered.it takes 1 to 2 hours for most supermarkets or hypermarkets to deliver ,but 4 to 5 days for lulu 😠,it's insane !!

old app was much better. not all fruits and veggies are on this one..favorites lists and wishlists didn't transfer from old app to the new. cash on delivery, no place to request for change. and no card on delivery like the old app . Also, you can't see your total as you shop, You have to always go back and forth to check out while shopping, which is very annoying

The app has not been working properly for a long time as I have also seen mentioned by other users in their comments. Unfortunately, there haven’t been any visible improvements or actions taken. Whenever I search for any items it shows that they are not available. I have followed all the guidance provided by the support team, including clearing data and cache, but the issue remains unresolved. The support team’s problem-solving approach and feedback process also need significant improvement
