I have been using this app for almost a year and really enjoyed its features. But the way they suddenly introduced subscription pricing and locked users out of their data until they paid (if they had more than the 100 free items allowed in the new pricing model) left a really bad taste in my mouth. I will not be continuing with this app. Also note that there is no way to export your data if you ever want to leave.

The paid plans are a mess, or at least their descriptions. I have over 300 items, yet was offered the basic plan. Only after subscribing did I discover I would still see ads, unless I upgraded (for full price, even though I already paid for a useless plan) or by deleting items. There is no way to get your data off the app, contrary to GDPR rules. You are able to get the images out, by sharing them one by one, yet none of the categories or descriptions. Your data is basically a hostage.

This is a great app and I really enjoyed it unless I had 100 items in my wardr list. I understand you guys and your wish to make this project profitable, but unfortunately subscription doesn't work for me. I would gladly pay for some prime features and options, if I were a professional using it on daily basis. But my case is different, and my wish to increase my wardrobe list with some accessories or jewelry pieces is unfortunately limited now. Sorry, I have to look for another platform.
