In store purchase is the best option if you are buying from lulu ,because the app is a waste of time ,no tracking, no contact nr ,no assistance,no follow-up, nothing total mystery!! you just have to pray for your order to be delivered.it takes 1 to 2 hours for most supermarkets or hypermarkets to deliver ,but 4 to 5 days for lulu 😠,it's insane !!

The app has not been working properly for a long time as I have also seen mentioned by other users in their comments. Unfortunately, there haven’t been any visible improvements or actions taken. Whenever I search for any items it shows that they are not available. I have followed all the guidance provided by the support team, including clearing data and cache, but the issue remains unresolved. The support team’s problem-solving approach and feedback process also need significant improvement

App is from the stone age. A simple order of 10 items takes 30 mins to finish. Search and loading are slower than Internet Explorer days. It used to be way better than this. Seems like latest update ruined the application. I get frustrated and end up ordering from another entities just to save myself from this misery..
