I manage three services: my phone + mobile internet, my daughter’s, and Neostrada. Switching between accounts is slow. Checking and paying for all services takes too long — it should be possible to pay everything at once. SMS about unpaid bills don’t clearly show which service they refer to. The “All invoices are paid” message can be misleading - you may still have unpaid invoice for other service. Please make managing multiple accounts faster and clearer.

Please contact wih our hotline. We will check, if we can move all Your services to one bill. If You don't want to do that, it's ok. We will think abuot that udpate in future.

A bit redundant, mostly full of ads and offers. I open it only for the discount, as paying through the app charges an additional fee

I haven't got internet on my mobile the whole day. When I tried to add some in the app, the notification popped up, saying: "due to the PLANNED technical works the app may lack some of its functionality". Last time I was in Poland in April, exactly same thing happened. They plan the outage, but don't bother to give the heads up. Like they don't know our phone numbers and cannot text us. Plain awful.
