I've just started using the app for a few days now and can't say 20€ is too expensive for what's offered. I can tell there are many titles waiting to be released to the app which is a good sign as there are a few popular ones I would love to listen to. I do however have one complaint: There is no report function. I came across a very obviously artificially narrated audiobook yesterday and had no way of reporting it. I really hope this function gets added soon.

I have two issues keeping me from giving 5 stars: I think the price is high, if I stop using it it would be because of that. And the suggestion engine and multiple languages experiences are not smooth. Otherwise, I believe it is the best audiobook app/service in the market. The audio quality is great, the voice artists reading the books are great as well as the production quality. (therefore the high price mark, I assume). Thank you for keeping the quality high.

It is an awesome app for audio books. However, it is quite limited in language options, why are there only two languages, if this is a product developed for more than two countries? Other than that, they offer a great collection of non-fictional literature! Edit:09.11.21 - I am using the Bulgarian based app. Oh and just to give you a heads up, some of the books are with mixed chapters. Could be useful to have a way for us readers to alert you when this happens.
