poor performance. app cannot connect to UniFi console until phone is restarted. other devices have no issue connecting when this device fails to connect or load the app. reply to dev response; i cannot generate a "key" as the app will be stuck at the "UniFi Protect" app splash screen if not previously launched. notifications of events still come through though.

It's a good app except the most annoying problem is that there's no way to use unique notification sounds. So, a text message on my phone sounds like a doorbell ring, which sounds like a motion detection, which sounds like... (everything else). As every notification type sounds the same, it's easy to tune them out only to find out that one of the notifications was actually important. Please fix!

App works good, you can see previous videos and what's taken place. Only complaint is that you can't choose a personal notification sound, your stuck with the default that sounds like a lot of other apps, so much for a good warning that an unwanted person may be at your home. Even Eufy has a list of sounds to choose from, even different ones for different cameras! This is just a software issue that should be easy to accomplish!
