Good experience. They need to explain marketing hype terms better (like what is "Infinity One" versus "Neo Slim"), those things mean nothing to a buyer. Also, they need to put better images of the products up. Three pictures of the front of a TV are not necessary. The rear view would be better, and a close-up of the connectors would be even better. Also, the comparison pages don't work properly when the data input person doesn't spell terms the same on each model.

Samsung coupons are a giant pain. Discount doesn't show up if you make an account after having a product in the cart. You can't log in as a student via Shop. It's hard to navigate to any accessories after adding a product to the cart. Shop is slow and at times will get stuck loading a new page. Multiple logins needed. For such a huge corporation, this app is "amateur hour": a disappointing waste of space designed to harvest personal information and provide the illusion of getting a good deal.

unprofessional, the took from me the return costs, even though there was a problem with the charging. The left earbud charging slower than the right and discharge also not constant between the two. I only used ANC without listening to music and it last only 4 hours !! Then the given me a link with a 10 euro rewards to complete a review. But i couldn't get it. the support Team didn't help. Not happy at all.
