Since moving to Octopus Energy, all the issues I had with my previous supplier have been fixed. smart meter now sends data. I would definitely recommend going on the tracker tariff and getting the Octopus home mini, which shows live electricity data. The app works very well. I only have one criticism of the app. The app should notify me of energy saving events and free energy events. it currently does not notify these events. Instead, I only receive emails about it. So only 4 stars

I really don't like the latest update. Although including the daily standing charge in each days usage is not a bad thing, now it's really difficult to see the daily breakdown- it's all under my finger tip! If I adjust my finger to be able to see the breakdown then I can't see the date. Before you added all this extra info, a simple tap revealed the usage and the date.

Last month this App was working fine. now I can only access Home and Help, everything else gives the 'loading' pink 'windmill'. It's currently not showing my last gas reading (from last month). I've confirmed with Octopus that it was submitted. Over 3 days it added my Warm Home Discount on my balance, then took it away, then added it again. I can't submit any Readings which is a huge problem. Please sort it. I've cleared the cache, reinstalled, restarted my phone and nothing works. (Android v14)
