Works fine when it works. But the notifications for new incoming emails simply doesn't work, which for me is the whole point of the app - maybe 25% I'm alerted to. I've missed countless work emails on my Android phone and have now had to set up a separate Gmail account for Zoho emails to be forwarded to - which works every time and instantly. Strange they can't get this feature to work because I see alot of complaints about it. Would never trust as my main email for this reason. Get it sorted!

We've noticed certain scenarios with notifications cropping up on certain devices and are working on addressing them. We look forward to hearing from you.

And I'm done with Zoho. Apart from finding the inbox layout not very intuitive, the app inbox only updates every few days, or hidden in another folder, so I *have* to rely on the desktop version. And then not being able to reply to emails because they "looked suspicious" - even though it was a convo I'd already been having. But the last straw was nearly missing an important zoom meeting because the appointment email got sent to spam. Bye Zoho - alot of promise but poor execution

I'm a paying customer. Despite clarifying the search bugs on Android app, not present in iOS app, developer still hasn't updated the app to rectify this. It has been a few months already. update Oct 2025: after almost a year, problems are still not solved. tech support understands the problem but they don't seem to care for the Android app. the iOS app is working fine in the search.
