Signed up, errored out many times before I could actually pay for a membership so I couldn't ride for a while, then I finally got it and when I decided to cancel that membership, it wouldn't let me do it on the app. I had to use the website. Maybe some people would see this as a small thing, but this is dark UX design. it was a clear choice on the side of the developers to keep retention up.

I love bixi. Unfortunately ever since my credit card expired at the end of july, I haven't been able to use bixi. I can't change or update my payment method in my profile, it always says "unknown error, try later". It's been saying this for weeks now. When I try to rent a bike at the station without the app, it says my account was suspended when I tap my credit card. I have no idea why, it doesn't say anywhere in the app that it's been suspended. Can't even use it during the STM strike.

love this service so much (especially during the summer months)! I most definitely plan to renew my season pass next year so I can get the full experience and take more cross city trips. only criticism I have (though not too big of a deal in the grand scheme of things) is that there's a lack of bixi stations across a majority of the west Island minus pierrefonds. I'm interested to see what happens next :) great work tho
