The app won't even let me sign up or login. The 'Area' section of sign up doesn't give me any options so cannot proceed. I have exceeded the number of times I have verified my email address My partner has had the exact same issue. Such a shame as we brought the Renpho Smart bike to be able to use with an app. I have emailed Renpho. I will wait for a reply and update this review as and if I get one. Have managed to log in after a glitch on the app.

I can't seem to get the resistance to work anymore. tried disconnecting the bike, didn't work, tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, didn't work, looked for a way to update the app, didn't see an option, tried to contact customer service but only found a USA contact center. Very disappointed. Haven't had it that long.

Decent app but after using for over a year, I'd like to see some new training videos uploaded, particularly with instructors. I found those helped when I started out but I'd like some new options as doing the same over & over can get redundant. I love that the bike syncs to the videos & adjusts the settings accordingly. I just wish there were more trainer videos to choose from since the app is proprietary with the bike. To keep users engaged, regularly adding new training content would help.
