Kingdom Wars

I played this years ago and recently came back for the nostalgia. To be blunt, the game was never great. That said, it used to be a passable time waster; that is no longer the case. Even for a cash grab, things have gotten so greasy in the menus that it's like playing Mine Sweeper to avoid triggering a micro transaction. If you want to make any real progress with this, you need to spend the lion's share of your time watching ads. At the time of writing, the game won't even load.

There are times when the higher the level, the more ads you have to watch. So I think this game is more about watching ads than enjoying the game itself... Sorry, I have to give it a 2-star rating.
