Jetstar

This app keeps logging me out. It then won't let me log in again. A lot of my flights have multiple legs. It only generates a boarding pass on the first leg. Subsequent legs won't generate the boarding pass

Jetstar has an to use booking platform. Once payment has been made and usually within the first hour. ticket confirmation is pretty fast. Compared to other airlines and other platforms ( with a third party providers) Jetstaris smoother and faster. For example, BYOjet and Aunt BETTY CAN TAKE UP 27 DAYS BEFORE YOU RECEIVE ANY BOOKING OR TICKET. For these reasons , I rate the Jetstar platform and booking services , a very good four out of five. Keep it up.

i find the app infuriating. Took me about 4 tries to book a flight. the whole hardsell is frustrating. when you finally get to the booking details, Jetstar suddenly doesn't know you anymore, and tells you to sign in. after you have done that, you have to start from the beginning again. Then I tried to pay by poli (no fees). after looking up the username, again the app reset to the beginning of the search. 😡 I would gladly pay hundreds of dollars more, if the competitors flew a more direct route
