I could only add 1 trip. Adding a 2nd gave the error message: wrong email or wrong booking number. I'm 100% sure I made no typos. When I called the Service Desk in the USA the lady on the phone said, and I'm not kidding you, try again in an hour, it will work then. As if she would wave a magic wand to fix it. And of course it's still impossible to add my trip in the app. Tip for the lady on the phone: if you don't understand the problem, connect the customer to someone who does and can help.

ATTENTION, DON'T BOOK WITH THEM, HEAR ME OUT! We booked a flight with baggage. Then they informed us that unfortunately it didnt work out and it's not included...WHEN WE ALREADY ARRIVED AT THE AIRPORT!!! As it was a flight with 2 stops we had to overpay 180€ to ryanair! They couldn't even explain why that happened when I called and talked to them! They refunded the baggage fee but its 3 times less then I had to overpay. Unbelievable... It happened today. Never saw something like that before.

This agency has been one of the most unprofessional and misleading I've dealt with. They charged over $400 in taxes on a $1,100 ticket after advertising it as a great deal. Their customer support is virtually non-existent—issues with tickets or schedules are met with silence, causing unnecessary stress and frustration. I do not recommend this service.
