So incredibly disappointing. I've been a contract & gig worker for multiple different companies & industries and the promise of this does not match the reality. I gave this many chances. I did the whole onboarding, jumped through hoops to do their tests. I submitted my 1099 documents - and the only thing that's available is surveys that are literally worth pennies. and on those very stingy surveys in terms of payout, you get disqualified even when you should quality. platform needs reform!

The App now runs smoothly, everything is as it should be. Thanks for the bug fixes! It would be great if you could implement the option to add proficiencies in a 4th or 5th language, since the platform only allows 3 languages so far. I've been with clickworker for a couple of years now, and the platform is reliable and well maintained. I'll continue to use it!

I tried to get set up with the assessments through the site, but there was a problem setting up the email address. I tried the "forgot password" option but Microsoft kept sending me in circles. I reached out to Clickworker and was told I have to go through Microsoft. So I spent over an hour trying to get to a chat option with Microsoft. I was told they sent an email that I would "hopefully" receive that would "hopefully" fix my problem. Email never came and clickworker refuses to help.
